Red Room Incorporated LLC (“Red Room,” “we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This combined Privacy Policy and Messaging Terms & Conditions governs how we collect, use, and protect information you provide to us, including information collected through our SMS messaging program.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, including:
- Name, email address, phone number, and business name
- Details you share when filling out a form, booking a consultation, or contacting us
- Mobile phone number, when you opt in to our SMS messaging program
- Your consent record — timestamp, IP address, and the exact language of the consent you agreed to
- Project and account information when you engage our services
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Deliver our creative strategy, brand identity, and AI consulting services
- Respond to inquiries and provide customer support
- Send the SMS messages described in our Messaging Terms below

Data Sharing
Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.
We do not sell your personal information. The only circumstances under which we may share limited information are:
- With service providers who help us operate our business (such as payment processors and hosting), under strict confidentiality agreements
- When required by law, subpoena, or court order
- To protect the rights, safety, or property of Red Room, our clients, or the public
None of the above exceptions apply to mobile opt-in data or SMS consent records, which remain confidential under all circumstances.
SMS Messaging Program
Program description. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages from Red Room Incorporated LLC, including marketing and promotional messages, appointment and booking reminders, customer support replies, and account or project updates.
Consent. You must affirmatively opt in by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our website. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years of age and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you submit.

Data Security
We take commercially reasonable steps to protect your information, including encrypted transmission of form submissions, secure cloud storage, and restricted internal access to subscriber data. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data with the same care we apply to our clients’ brands.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at saint@redroominc.com. Residents of certain states (including California) may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, including the right to know what categories of information we collect and the right to opt out of certain processing.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy and Messaging Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via our website and, where appropriate, by SMS or email to active subscribers. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Messaging Terms and Conditions
- The messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers, promotional offers or discounts, and any promotion of our products and services.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text ‘STOP’ to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message ‘STOP’ to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
- If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at saint@redroominc.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
